Santa Fe CREATIVE JOURNEYS | The Details

The tours with this sign: # require a minimum of 10 days notice and are subject to availability of artists and experts. Some sites are open seasonally and some tours can only happen during specific seasons. We can always offer the tours with some minor changes that we will first discuss with you.

The tours without the sign are available with 3 days notice, depending upon availability of Seven Directions.

If you wish to book a tour at the last minute we will try our best to make it happen although we may have to discuss changes if circumstances so demand.

Transportation is not included in the packages. Please let us know at the time of booking if you prefer to have a car or van provided by us. We will give you the price as quickly as possible.

Booking
To make a booking from the Santa Creative Journeys list , please download our Booking Form and send it completed and signed to us with a check for deposit or full payment (please see Payments). In order to meet the booking deadline we suggest you forward the PDF Booking Form by eMail (just scan the completed & signed Booking Form, and then e-mail it back to us) and pay with PayPal to expedite the procedure. The Booking Form, which contains additional terms and conditions, will be part of a package Seven Directions prepares for each client, also consisting of the detailed personalized itinerary and the invoice. Bookings are confirmed once the company Booking Form has been signed and the down payment or the full payment received . top

Departure Dates
We offer custom schedules based upon availability, but to a large degree visitors can be accommodated when we are given enough advance notice.

Tour Size
From 2-10 participants. For bigger groups, programs have to be specifically designed. If you are on your own we will be happy to adapt the program you have selected to your needs. Please inform us if you would accept other people in your group, besides the one that are coming with you (family or friends). If the number of participants is lower or higher than 2 people, the price will change accordingly. top

Prices

Are based upon 2 person groups. If your group is smaller or larger we will inform you about the price change. Please let us know if you would accept a different price than that for a 2 people group. If you wish to combine 2 different tours, the total price will include a 10% discount off the total of the 2 tours.top

Insurance

Seven Directions LLC will not obtain life or health insurance for customers. If customers desire such insurance, or any other, this is the responsibility of the customer. top

Cancellations

We will always be pleased to provide alternative solutions and dates. Seven Directions will refund payments, minus the 30% deposit, only if cancellation is received between the day of booking and 20 days prior to first day of service. Seven Directions is not responsible for cancellations due to medical or other types of emergencies. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance (flight cancellation, delays, luggage loss, illness). top

Payments

A 30% non-refundable deposit is due at booking.
Balance is due no later than 20 days prior to the tour’s first day of service.
If booking is made 20 days or less prior to the tour’s first day of service, full payment is required, and it is not refundable.
Payments can be made by PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to use this service.
